Enhanced Biological Remediation: Nutrient Injection System

GEE’s Nutrient Injection System injects is an automated process for injecting multiple bio-supplements into soil formation to enhance microbial activity. The GEE approach accelerates the bio-degradation process in saturated and vadose zones by supplying a nutrient source for indigenous microorganisms in hydrocarbon and nitrate sites. For nitrate sites, we can auto-inject a cocktail of bio-supplements into the soil formation to reduce nitrate contamination by increasing anaerobic bacterial populations.

The Science Behind the Nutrient Injection System

GEE’s Nutrient Injection System facilitates mass removal of residual and vapour phase VOC's situated in the saturated and vadose zones through high-pressure injection. This unique system injects nutrients tailored to the soil contaminants. The result is maximum bio-degradation of indigenous microorganisms and more effective contaminant removal. For nitrate sites, we auto-inject a bio-supplement cocktail into the soil formation to reduce nitrate contamination by increasing anaerobic bacterial populations.
