High Efficiency Oil/Water (O/W) Separators

Whatever the wastewater treatment problem, the compact, custom-manufactured oil/water (O/W) Separators from GEE are up to the task. GEE O/W Separators are built for high-efficiency, increased removal rates and low maintenance. We know achieving optimum runtimes and lower costs is important to your project and we deliver. Plus, we use M-Pak coalescing media and/or GEE Diffused Air Flotation (DAF) for maximum efficiency and easy clean out. An array of flow rates and sizes are available. As with all of our technologies, the GEE Oil/Water Separators boast the highest runtimes in the industry at 99.9%. We build our equipment to outlast and outperform.

Problems Solved

The Science Behind GEE Oil/Water Separation

GEE’s Oil/Water Separator systems use an M-Pak coalescing media—the most efficient oil/water separation technology available. The coalescing media packs are positioned in several stages to force free oil droplets to settle on the surface area. Droplets rise to the surface where they are skimmed off while sediments and sludge are captured in our integrated-design sludge hopper. GEE O/W Separators can be made to your exact specifications with a wide variety of flow rates available. In some cases, the GEE Diffused Air Flotation (DAF) is used to enhance the performance through the tiny air bubbles attach to the oil particles and are transported to the surface where they are skimmed off.
